Every website’s hosting and c-panel area is the most critical part. Once you sign up for our plans, your website’s hosting area will be secured by us so we don’t provide its access. However, you’re more than welcome to contact us for any changes in your hosting area and we will be on it right away.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes you can! We will have no issues with having you customize your website yourself. But we strongly recommend you do not attempt to alter any website content unless you’ve proper knowledge of it.
Also, the point of me providing these services is to get business owners like you free of all technical headaches so you can focus more on your business.
What happens if my website gets hacked, goes down or has technical problems?
The goal of our website maintenance is to keep your site secure, which is why we go out of our way to avoid issues. However, if something happens and your website needs immediate attention, we will be there to assist you.
What tasks are included in dedicated support time?
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however, anything that can fit into your monthly support time is a free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
What if I need more than the allocated content changes per month?
If you require more than the allocated changes per month, I offer additional support at a reasonable cost. Just let me know your needs, and we can discuss further options.

Yes, you can take your website with you if you decide to cancel—after completing at least 12 months of your subscription.
Since the website was custom-built for you at no upfront cost, our monthly plan helps cover the time and effort put into creating it. A minimum of 12 months ensures we’re able to fairly recover those initial costs.
After that, you’re free to move the site wherever you like, no hard feelings!
